Stelios Zavvos

Mr. Zavvos has over 30 years of corporate and real estate experience in Europe and the USA. He is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of the NASDAQ listed Star Bulk Carriers Corp, which is the largest U.S. listed dry bulk shipping company, serving on the Board’s Audit Committee. He was the Founder and CEO of Continental American Capital, an investment group which focused on real estate investment and financing in the USA. He is also the Chairman of Solidarity Net Foundation, established by the Open Society Foundations that supports the society groups that are the hardest hit by the economic crisis in Greece. Mr. Zavvos is the Founder and President of the Harvard Business School Club of Greece, one of the leading fora in SEE which addresses the economic, geopolitical and social issues and he is also a Member of the European Council on Foreign Relations, as well as a Member of the International Crisis Group’s International Advisory Council. Mr. Zavvos previously held position in blue-chip companies, such as Citibank, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MSc in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Athens.

John Crocker

Mr. Crocker has spent the last twenty years focused on alternative investments both as an investor and as an advisor. Most recently he was co-head of Private Markets, NA at Deutsche Bank Asset Management and a member of the DB Private Equity Investment Committee. Previously he has advised and raised capital for general partners representing a spectrum of different alternative investing strategies. His platforms executed fund raises for over 80 different general partners who successfully secured over $100 billion in capital commitments from institutional investors around the globe. He played key roles in client origination, deal project management and distribution, most notably initiating coverage of Australasian investors. Mr. Crocker started the fund of funds business at Credit Suisse (f.k.a. Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette) where he committed over $8 billion of capital to general partners globally. He was also a partner and a member of the investment committee of Capital Z Investment Partners, a $4 billion fund focused exclusively at sponsoring new private equity and hedge fund managers. He began his career in management consulting and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Crocker earned his BA at Harvard College and his MBA at Harvard Business School. He has dual citizenship – US/UK. He holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 63 and 24.

Yannis Voyatzis

Mr. Voyatzis is a seasoned private equity professional with extensive experience across different types of transactions and sectors. Between 2000-07 he worked in Citigroup Venture Capital International in London where he was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and exiting transactions in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. From 2007 to 2014, he worked for NBG, one of the leading banking groups in SEE, founding and heading the firm’s Emerging Europe Private Equity Division. Under his leadership, the team developed into one of the most active PE platforms across SEE. In 2014, Mr. Voyatzis founded a London based practice focusing on the provision of alternative asset related services with clients including the Triangle Group (UK), Piraeus Bank (Greece) and NBG (Greece). He currently sits on the Board of BirgiMefar (Turkey) and he has also sat to date on the boards of another 11 portfolio companies, including well-established corporates in the SEE region. He has also served as member of the Advisory Board of the first fund of Turkven, one of the leading private equity firms in Turkey. He holds an MBA in International Business from Paris-based École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.

Marcantonio Antamoro

Mr. Antamoro is a seasoned investment professional based in New York City, helping his clients with global portfolio management, asset-allocation strategy and a variety of investment vehicles in currencies that his clients use. He also has mandates to work on specific corporate finance transactions and focuses on finding transformative solutions that add value for his clients. Mr. Antamoro has over 25 years of wealth-management experience and worked at Merrill Lynch from 1991 to 2015. In 2000, he established a practice addressing the diverse financial needs of ultra-high net worth families of European descent in a team-based approach with colleagues in other locations and functions. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he was an Analyst in the International Private Client division of Shearson Lehman, and an Associate at Chase Manhattan Bank in their Consumer Bank Management Development Program in New York. Mr. Antamoro is fluent in Greek, Italian, French, Spanish, and English. He is an honors graduate from Brown University with a B.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in Business Economics.
